·Order 1

The difficulty lies in product diversity. The customer have multiple motor models, and all tests need to be completed on the same tester.

AIP Customized Solution：

AIP designed a compatible tester supporting three types of fixtures, enabling quick changeover within 3 minutes. The tester integrates tests including AC Hi-pot/Insulation Resistance/Surge/DC Resistance/Inductance,etc.,and uses a dual-station serial testing mode to double efficiency.

·Order 2

The challenge lies in measuring micro resistance. The customer's product has a resistance as low as 5mΩ.Traditional methods are prone to interference from lead resistance, causing false results.  

AIP Customized Solution：

AIP utilizes four-wire detection technology to effectively avoid line resistance interference at extreme measurement ranges. It combines pneumatic downward pressure with a lateral probe penetration design to reduce contact resistance and ensure accurate and reliable data. This system also covers multiple electrical tests, but differs from the Order 1 in specific specifications and accuracy.
