The AIP FCXXXTS series single-phase AC frequency converter can simulate global grid voltage and output high-purity sine wave power, suitable for R&D, production testing, aging and certification testing of home appliances, motors, medical devices, lighting and other products.

■ The product has an advanced design concept, adopts modular design and digital control technology, has high stability, high precision, fast response speed, and human-machine interface and operation that conform to industry habits.

■ Strong load-bearing capacity to meet the aging needs of home appliance production lines

■ It adopts precise anti-impact technology and can withstand the impact of large load current. It can withstand 3 times the rated current for 2 seconds, which is especially suitable for impact-type equipment such as motors and electric motors.

■ It has a soft start function, and the soft start time can be set. It is suitable for frequent starting of motors and other equipment. The soft start time can be set according to the working conditions to reduce the inrush current.

■ Fast dynamic response speed, with voltage change response time within 20ms.

■ The output voltage and frequency are adjustable in the startup state, making it flexible to use.

■ An 8-inch color LCD touchscreen with an exquisite appearance and convenient operation, and equipped with numeric keys, function keys, and knobs for diverse operation.

■ It has an Auto-Lock function, which automatically locks the keyboard at regular intervals to prevent accidental contact that could lead to human error or danger.

■ Voltage range design: 0.0 ~ 150.0V, 150.1 ~ 300.0V or 0.0 ~ 300.0V, both high and low ranges can output full power; frequency output range 45.00 ~65.00Hz, resolution 0.01Hz.

■ Built-in electrical parameter analysis function, capable of measuring parameters such as voltage, current, peak current, frequency, active power, apparent power, power factor, and peak voltage factor.

■ Equipped with a " black box " function, it monitors internal parameters such as voltage, current, and temperature in real time. In case of abnormality, it immediately alarms and automatically records the operating parameters for easy review and maintenance later.

■ Standard communication interface is RS232, with optional RS485, LAN , etc.
