Recently, the comprehensive tester for drive motor stator test customized by AIP for a leading domestic automotive company was officially delivered to its overseas factory. This marks the customer’s first deployment of AIP testers in an overseas facility following large-scale adoption across multiple domestic production bases. It signifies a new global phase in the strategic partnership between both parties, underscoring the customer's deep trust in AIP's technical expertise and service capabilities.

As a long-term core supplier, AIP has delivered over 400 customized testers to the customer’s domestic production bases. These testers’ reliability has been proven through the customer's mass-production operations.  

This overseas project reflects the customer’s global strategy to select elite supply chain partners. AIP distinguished itself from international competitors through its established overseas service experience and agile local response capabilities.  

During execution, AIP’s technical team meticulously aligned with the customer’s overseas production standards, conducting targeted R&D to meet requirements for automation integration and environmental adaptability. The team completed end-to-end delivery - from design to commissioning—on schedule.  

Ⅱ.Deep Customization: Precision-Tailored Solutions  

In response to the specific requirements of the customer's overseas factory's automated production line, AIP replaced Traditional stand-alone testers with an innovative Embedded Smart Test Unit. Featuring a dual-station parallel architecture, it integrates stator static performance tests and pinhole insulation tests. Its plug-and-play modular design enables automatic test-switching, ensuring full compatibility with the production line.  

Additionally, the system includes AIP’s proprietary advanced testing software, enabling cloud-based data storage, multidimensional analysis, and real-time alerts. Integrated with the customer's MES system via standard interfaces, it ensures seamless data sharing and traceability for enhanced quality control.

01 Stator Static Performance Test

Using vacuum negative-pressure technology to simulate ultra-low-pressure environments, the tester performs rapid, precise, non-destructive assessments—including AC hi-pot, insulation resistance, coil resistance, surge, inductance, and thermistor tests-in a single connection.  

02 Pinhole test

AIP's low-voltage non-destructive technology overcomes industry challenges like low efficiency, motor damage, and poor detection rates. Matching the effectiveness of saltwater tests while preserving motor integrity, it enables efficient high-volume testing.
