July 31, 2025 – AIP officially launched its systematic Rising Eagles Program at the orientation ceremony for new graduates, designed to accelerate career transformation and build high-caliber talent aligned with strategic goals.

I. Opening Ceremony, Illuminating the Growth Direction with a Strategic Vision

At the opening ceremony, AIP's founder Liu Yalin, drawing on industry trends and corporate strategies, pointed out the growth direction for the program members. He stated that the current industry is undergoing deep adjustments and accelerated reshuffling. The reason why AIP has been able to consistently lead the way is mainly due to its "focus and win-win" business philosophy and customized operation management, which are the key to AIP's phased success. However, looking at long-term development, AIP still needs to make long-term preparations and maintain lasting creativity through organizational youthfulness. Although the global economy continues to face downward pressure, AIP's ability to cope with market fluctuations lies in converting resource potential into development momentum, which cannot be achieved without the value creation of every employee.

Liu put forward three expectations for the new employees:

First, set clear goals and maintain high self-discipline;

Second, be courageous in breaking through the boundaries of cognition and continuously innovate oneself.

Third, cultivate an exercise habit to build a strong physique to support the long-term pursuit of a career.
