Since the beginning of the year, the company’s export orders have continued to be successfully delivered, overseas customer inquiries have risen significantly, and the brand's internationalization process has accelerated across the board.
Recently, AIP completed delivery of two customized shaded-pole motor testers to an Indian customer. While this order may seem routine on the surface, it reflects AIP’s professional accumulation and forward-thinking approach in its “going global” journey.

Deep customization based on future production line needs
The customer’s initial requirement was only a set of manual testing equipment. However, during technical discussions, AIP discovered that the customer was in the planning stage of upgrading to an automated production line. Delivering an isolated manual device at this point would inevitably turn it into a “data island” during the future production line transformation.
After in-depth communication with the customer, AIP upgraded the solution to an “embedded automated production line solution,” comprehensively covering core test items such as AC hi-pot, insulation, surge, resistance, locked rotor, low start, no-load, and speed. The equipment was pre-equipped with automation interfaces, industrial communication protocols, modular architecture, and other “hidden capabilities” to save the customer substantial costs in future production line upgrades and modifications.
01 Modular Design
The test modules are fully independent, supporting dual-station serial testing. A single station can test 3 motors simultaneously. Fixtures are custom-modified according to the customer’s product dimensions and production line layout.
02 Pre-embedded Interfaces
This tester is equipped with industrial Ethernet interfaces, supporting Ethernet TCP/IP and MODBUS TCP protocols, enabling seamless docking with the customer’s robotic arm system for bidirectional interaction between test data and production instructions.
03 Signal Coordination
Complete I/O signal points are reserved, covering full-process control communications such as material loading/unloading positioning, start, OK, and NG, ensuring smooth collaboration between the test equipment and the automated production line.
04 Intelligent Maintenance
Supports intelligent self-diagnosis, remote fault diagnosis, and online software upgrades. The plug-in board design allows easy disassembly and replacement, reducing maintenance costs and improving equipment utilization for overseas customers.
Global layout — pressing the “fast-forward” button for going global
This order is a microcosm of the accelerated implementation of AIP’s globalization strategy. Since the beginning of the year, an increasing number of global customers — whether local overseas clients or Chinese enterprises building factories abroad — have placed their trust in AIP. Recently, AIP also completed delivery of customized tester for the Brazil factory of a global leading automotive company.
