01. System-Level Integration Requirements

The customer did not need an independent test machine.They needed an automated workstation deeply synchronized with the pace, logic, and communication protocols of the entire production line.

02. Complex Technology and Compatibility Needs

The EC motor tester needed to support:

① Multiple EC motor models

② Four motor speed-control methods: RS485, VSP, PWM, and 0–20 mA current control

③ Intelligent switching of test strategies based on motor type

④ RS485 compatibility with seven different communication protocols

01. Seamless Integration with Automated Line

① The tester employs a highly efficient I/O signal interface mechanism to achieve real-time interaction with the production line control system. 

② The tester has a reserved interface for a cylinder control solenoid valve to drive the probe tool cylinder

③ It also integrates a barcode scanning module to automatically read the motor nameplate information and write it into the register, enabling information management of test data.

02. Comprehensive and Accurate Product Testing Capabilities

The tester integrates multiple functions including load testing, RS485 communication command testing, and Hall effect testing.
