Compressor Die-cast Rotor Tester

AIP Compressor Die-cast Rotor Tester introduced international testing technologies, developed specialized sensors, and utilized digital signal processing methods to automatically analyze the quality of the rotor. It can effectively test various problems of the compressor motor rotor: broken bar, thin bar, air hole, bubble and porosity, leakage between the squirrel cage bars and lamination, squirrel cage eccentricity, slot deviation, and the full-function testing system can also test the defects in the end rings.

Ⅰ.Solutions

The compressor die-cast rotor testing solution is specifically designed for AC motors of compressors.

There are four die-cast rotor testers available for selection: vertical conventional testing system, vertical full-function testing system, horizontal conventional testing system, and horizontal full-function testing system.

Among them, the full-function die-cast rotor tester adds the end ring testing function compared to the conventional testing system.

7. Poor Positioning: Defective products can indicate the faulty position of the guide strip.

V. Test Method

Place the rotor to be tested on the tester fixture, start the tester to begin automatic detection, and the test results of the die-cast rotor will be obtained directly.

This test method uses the motor to simulate the actual operating conditions to evaluate the performance, efficiency, and stability of the rotor. During the test, the motor is configured to simulate the operation of the compressor, and the appropriate load and speed are applied to observe the response of the die-cast rotor.

The conventional testing time for the compressor die-cast rotor tester is 3 to 5 seconds. In general, the use of a professional testing system can enhance production efficiency, reduce costs, and improve the quality and reliability of the die-cast rotor.
