AIP Successfully Delivered Brushless Motor Load Tester To Customer

Lately, AIP successfully delivered and commissioned a customized BLDC motor load tester for a renowned motor manufacturer in China. It not only closely meets the actual needs of the customer's production line, but also achieves innovation in testing technology and process.

1. Solution

This tester is a customized solution designed by AIP for the customer's brushless gate motor line. It covers multiple key testing items, including three-phase resistance testing, AC hi-pot testing, insulation testing, load testing (including CW and CCW), no-load testing (including CW and CCW), and hall characteristic testing, providing strong technical support for the comprehensive evaluation of motor performance and quality control.

2. Solution Advantages

①Dual-station Serial Operation, Efficiency Doubled

This system adopts a dual-station design and serial testing logic. While the left station conducts tests, operators can simultaneously mount products on the right station, enabling parallel testing and clamping operations. The single-station testing cycle of the equipment is approximately 35 seconds, significantly improving the overall testing efficiency.

②Flexible Compatibility and Easy Expansion

For motors with different specifications and shapes, this system achieves compatibility through interchangeable motor mounting bases, with fixtures designed as modular replaceable units. The system also supports customization of dedicated fixtures for specific samples. The dynamometer positioning fixture is replaceable, reserving ample space for future compatibility with other dynamometer configurations.

③Precise testing, with reliable data

In terms of testing technology, the system utilizes digital closed-loop feedback control for AC hi-pot testing, achieving a fully automatic pressure regulation mode.The output voltage can be automatically corrected and is not affected by fluctuations in the external power grid. At the same time, the system can also compensate and adjust the testing

data according to the actual operating environment on site, ensuring the test results reflect actual performance more closely.

④Digital management, efficient analysis

Integrated with advanced digital management features, the system includes a high-performance industrial computer for unlimited test data storage. Users can also export the data to Excel format through dedicated software. Furthermore, the test data can be transmitted in real time via network cables to the preset SQL Server, providing strong support for the digital management of the enterprise.
