Ⅱ.Project Challenge: From Standalone Equipment to Line Integration
As the general contractor, AIP was responsible for delivering a fully automated workstation integrating material loading, testing, unloading, and transfer — seamlessly embedded into the customer’s existing production line.
The project presented two major challenges:
1. Mechanical Integration: The external dimensions, interfaces, and appearance of the equipment had to align precisely with the customer’s production standards.
2. Control Integration: The tester needed to establish real-time, stable communication with the customer’s main control system, ensuring precise material tracking, synchronization, and data binding. Any delay or logic conflict could potentially disrupt the entire production flow.
Ⅲ.Innovative Engineering: A Fully Integrated Smart Testing Solution
To meet these challenges, AIP developed an integrated tester combining precision mechanics, intelligent sensors, and advanced digital algorithms.
The tester covers key testing parameters such as dielectric strength, insulation resistance, winding resistance, back EMF, and grounding resistance.
The process is fully automated and visualized:
QR code scanning → motor positioning and clamping → probe engagement → rotational testing up to 1000 rpm → data acquisition → results upload to the MES system — all completed within 60 seconds.

1. Multi-Model Compatibility:
Supports over 60 models of servo motors (200W–750W), including both brake and non-brake versions, enabling fast and flexible model changeovers.
2. Deep Data Analysis:
Back EMF testing includes Ke constant and unbalance analysis with temperature compensation, offering greater diagnostic insight.
3. Quick Changeover:
Integrated probe module design allows for rapid switching via a central interface. The system also includes probe life monitoring and predictive maintenance alerts.
4. Closed-Loop Quality Control:
Built-in rework functionality tracks full test records from initial inspection to retest, forming a complete traceable data loop for quality management.
