On July 9th, over a hundred students from China University of Petroleum (East China) (referred to as UPC, located in Shandong Province, and jointly established by the Ministry of Education of China and five major energy enterprise groups, as well as Shandong Province, is a key university in China) entered AIP and embarked on a profound technical immersion journey.
At AIP Lab, students observed AIP's proprietary PD partial discharge tester and learned techniques including AAE/ATE performance testing, Pinhole insulation test, and AC/DC hi-pot & insulation test, and understood how modular production lines flexibly reorganize like LEGO® blocks. In the exhibition hall, they saw how AIP's solutions power production lines of giants such as Bosch, BYD, Volkswagen, Nidec, BorgWarner, and Huawei etc.
"The textbook's discharge model just came alive!" A student majoring in electrical automation was standing in front of the tester and expressing his amazement. This practice precisely embodies the AIP's strategy of integrating education and industry - by replacing classroom lectures with real-life scenarios, it enables academic theories to bridge the "last mile" and directly reach the frontlines of the industry.
As a strategic cooperation base of UPC, AIP has established a diversified enabling ecosystem:
Technology Co-Creation: Collaborating with universities to build internship bases and tackle technical challenges
Talent Pipeline: Implementing customized programs to integrate education with industry chains
Industry Collaboration: AIP, in collaboration with Simo Education, has organized a high-end training program, aiming to cultivate professional talents in the global electrical engineering field.
"Education is the starting point of the technological revolution." For a long time, AIP has regarded the cooperation among industry, academia, and research as the key engine for technological innovation and talent reserve. By integrating the research capabilities of universities with the technical resources of enterprises, a win-win situation has been achieved among “schools, enterprises, and students”.
In the future, AIP plans to expand integration through :
·Deeper university partnerships in Frontier tecnology R&D(research and development)and talent development
• Industry ecosystem building via forums and workshops
AIP invites global students to experience the future of energy and robotics!
